Persija Esports has just announced surprising news. For now they will no longer appear in the competitive PUBG Mobile scene.

“With the end of PMGC 2023 Turkiye, Persija Esports and Evos Esports have decided to withdraw from the PUBGM competitive scene and not continue collaborating in the PUBGM division,” wrote Persija Esports, quoted by Game Station from its official statement on Instagram, Thursday (28/12/2023) .

This news came not long after Evos Esports also said they were parting ways with them. It’s just that it’s still not known for certain what the real reason is that the two are no longer together.

“Evos announced that it will not continue collaborating with Persija Esports in developing the PUBGM team. This is not the end of the story, but rather a short break to build a stronger foundation in the future,” wrote Evos Esports.

Unfortunately, this announcement came after negative issues hit the players. Yes, recently there has been a lot of discussion among esports activists in the country, regarding players who have not received prize money from the official PUBG Mobile tournament.

However, it is not certain whether their separation was due to this or other factors. The reason is that both parties, neither Persija Esports nor Evos Esports, have provided a detailed statement regarding the reasons for the disbandment of this team.

But apart from this, what about the fate of the players? Meanwhile, only the White Tiger has revealed the status of his PUBG Mobile roster. They conveyed this via their official Instagram on December 20.

“Thank you to Coach Sinyo, Redface and Linx for their hard work and dedication to Evos,” wrote Evos Esports.

Meanwhile, the status of PJEV players is still gray. Because this team has not yet spoken out regarding the fate of Zuxxy, Luxxy and others like Evos Esports did.

Even so, Persija Esports’ journey in the competitive scene does not stop. They said that in the future they would carry out various innovations and collaborations.

“Persija Esports will also expand to other game lines/divisions as part of our vision and mission to continue to participate and excel and make a positive contribution to the esports ecosystem in Indonesia,” concluded Persija Esports.
